Salary: $150,000 – $300,000

What you will do

• Develop and refine hirify.global Studio features including document viewers, data extraction tools, and editing interfaces.
• Create delightful, intuitive UIs that simplify complex workflows for non-technical users.
• Prototype and deliver new functionality such as form filling, document classification, and translation.
• Implement real-time collaboration features and ensure responsive design across devices.
• Collaborate closely with founders and customers to influence product roadmaps based on user feedback.
• Iterate rapidly on UI patterns to make complex AI capabilities accessible and magical.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience building applications with modern frontend frameworks.
• Exceptional proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Strong visual and product design sensibility with high attention to detail.
• High agency and a quantitative approach to problem-solving and feature development.
• Ability to own the development lifecycle from ideation through shipping.
• Must be able to work in-person at the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a founder or working at early-stage startups.
• Background in building complex data visualization or PDF rendering tools.
• Strong drive and ambition to work in a fast-paced environment.
