Transformation Success Engineer (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Execute customer migrations from legacy environments to modern Palo Alto Networks security platforms.
• Manage policy mappings, data-retention configurations, API setups, and log-ingestion validation against standard design templates.
• Run practitioner-focused Day in the Life workshops covering platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, AI, and automated playbooks.
• Lead value-realization sessions with technical stakeholders and demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational efficiency through platform dashboards.
• Drive customer transition activities through high-velocity, end-to-end delivery cycles.

Requirements

• Professional-level technical experience in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata, or experience migrating from competing platforms.
• Strong background in security automation using CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs.
• Experience with bulk policy configuration, data modeling, technical workshops, and customer-facing delivery.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain executive presence with customer stakeholders.
• Work onsite in one of the listed Australian locations; immigration sponsorship is not available.
