Partner Service Manager (Spanish Market)

What you will do

• Build strong relationships with partners through regular video calls, provide product updates, and understand their requirements.
• Onboard and train new Spanish partners through video calls, email, and events.
• Help partners implement hirify.global for their clients and configure customized accounts using a consultative approach.
• Provide after-sales support to help partners retain their customers and deliver a strong implementation experience.
• Coordinate partner needs and product improvements with internal teams.
• Gather partner and customer feedback to improve the product and customer journey.

Requirements

• Proactive, fast-learning, problem-solving, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand market specifics and translate them into product insights.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
• Previous experience as an onboarding specialist, implementation owner, consultant, or account manager is highly valuable.
