What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding by understanding requirements, configuring accounts, and delivering tailored training.
• Create and manage implementation plans, coordinating internal and external stakeholders while meeting SLAs.
• Drive customer adoption by using product data to optimise setups, use cases, and feature adoption.
• Advise customers on aligning the platform with internal processes to improve utilisation, satisfaction, and retention.
• Gather product feedback, propose onboarding improvements, and share qualified upsell opportunities with Account Executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and share implementation knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Specialist or Project Manager in a high-growth SaaS environment, or a recent relevant degree.
• Technical confidence in understanding the full software product.
• Native or near-native Dutch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-growing environment.
