Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €32,000–€42,000 gross annual

What you will do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for new Onboarding Specialists.
• Manage a team of 6–7 Onboarding Specialists and drive performance against targets.
• Monitor team metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement improvements.
• Develop strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction while reducing onboarding duration.
• Provide regular motivation and feedback while fostering talent and innovation.
• Maintain consistent delivery against duration and retention targets.

Requirements

• Experience as a team lead, ideally in a Customer Experience team.
• Experience driving customer retention and client onboarding.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
• Passion for technology and customer service; HR industry knowledge is valuable.
