What you will do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Onboarding Specialists.
• Manage a team of 6–7 Onboarding Specialists and drive performance against targets.
• Monitor team performance metrics and address gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction while reducing onboarding duration.
• Provide continuous motivation and feedback while fostering a high-energy team environment.
• Maintain consistent achievement of onboarding duration and retention targets.

Requirements

• Team Lead experience, ideally in a Customer Experience team, with a track record of improving customer retention and onboarding.
• Experience in or familiarity with a B2B SaaS environment.
• Fluent English and Italian required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and customer service; HR industry knowledge is valuable.
