Sales Development Representative, Customer Base - German

Location: Berlin, Germany; office-based position

What you will do

• Manage relationships with a predefined group of major customers.
• Connect with customer contacts ranging from support agents to C-level executives.
• Educate customers, qualify leads, and handle outbound calls.
• Use consultative phone skills to listen actively, communicate clearly, build confidence, and overcome objections.
• Document activities, forecast opportunities, and communicate opportunity details in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience meeting outbound call targets or call-time goals.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, multitask across several tools, and use technology effectively.
• Ability to work from the Berlin office in Germany; visa sponsorship is not available.
