Technical Solutions Architect (AI/Data Platform)

What you will do

• Lead technical evaluations for strategic OEM partnerships alongside Sales, including discovery, architecture proposals, objections, and commercial-technical trade-offs.
• Scope and run proofs of concept that address partner business requirements and convert successful evaluations into production deployments.
• Design secure, scalable architectures for OEM partners and guide integrations through APIs, SDKs, Terraform, and operational best practices.
• Enable partner engineering teams through technical training, workshops, reference architectures, and integration guides.
• Act as the technical liaison between partners, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support, owning blocked issues through resolution.
• Use AI tools and agents to improve deployment analysis, monitoring, rightsizing, documentation, and partner workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for software or cloud infrastructure.
• Production experience with data technologies such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, ClickHouse, or similar.
• Experience with OEM, embedded, or ISV partnerships and architectures deployed inside another product.
• Fluency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or Go, plus practical Linux, networking, storage, and security knowledge.
• Working knowledge of at least one public cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure; hands-on experience with streaming frameworks and search ecosystems.
• Clear written and spoken English communication, high ownership, and daily hands-on use of AI tools and agents in technical work.

Nice to have

• Multi-cloud experience across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Terraform, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code experience in production.
• Experience with distributed storage, NoSQL databases, data lakes, usage-based pricing, or consumption analytics.
• Public speaking, technical writing, or open-source contributions.
