Senior Solution Development Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Work with Product Managers, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, constraints, and product intent.
• Translate product vision into complete functional and technical requirements with acceptance criteria, edge cases, and clarified open questions.
• Design solutions across AI assistant use cases, including functional specifications, high-level designs, feasibility studies, and trade-off analysis.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept, model data structures, and review APIs and integration contracts.
• Provide transversal recommendations, document solution decisions, and explain complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Hand over validated solutions to delivery squads and support functional clarification, validation, debugging, and documentation throughout development.

Requirements

• Experience bringing structure to ambiguous requirements and solving new problems in adaptable environments.
• Strong understanding of software platforms, integrations, APIs, and modern digital architectures.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, validating ideas, and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Ability to connect customer needs, product vision, and technical implementation.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
