Technical Lead - Agentic AI

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with 3 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for an embedded squad building reusable and interoperable AI agents.
• Drive technical architecture, agent orchestration, and integration across enterprise ecosystems.
• Lead large, distributed engineering teams delivering production-grade GenAI services.
• Define MCP, A2A, and knowledge graph integrations across consumer touchpoints, including websites, chatbots, ChatGPT, and retailer apps.
• Work with Advanced Engineering and Modiface teams to make architecture decisions informed by AI/ML and computer vision expertise.
• Support internalisation through pair programming and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent integration, and knowledge graphs.
• Strong experience building and operating productised GenAI services.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision.
• Experience working with GCP architecture, Google ADK, Vertex AI, security requirements, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
