Project Manager (Gas Services)

What you will do

• Execute large gas turbine, steam turbine, generator long-term programme and open market projects to meet quality, schedule, budget, and functionality requirements.
• Act as the customer’s main contact for long-term programmes and improve availability, reliability, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project teams, allocate resources, provide direction, and make sound business decisions.
• Plan and coordinate outages, part deliveries, risk mitigation, and upsell opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation according to quality management processes and develop strong customer relationships.
• Promote a zero-harm culture throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience in power generation or rotating equipment.
• Experience managing rotating equipment in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, customer interface, and customer orientation skills.
• Demonstrated success in profitable project execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
