Technical Project Manager (SaaS Solution Architect)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; travel requirement: 5–15%

What you will do

• Lead requirements and design workshops with international customers and service providers.
• Translate business needs into fit-for-purpose technical SaaS solutions.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and deployment across multiple environments.
• Provide technical consulting and product guidance aligned with global best practices.
• Own project scope, delivery risks, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Guide stakeholders through internal testing and user acceptance activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with technical project management methodologies and tools in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to read and analyze Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong technical problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Experience managing solution risks and costs within a multidisciplinary, cross-functional global team.
• Business proficiency in English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin.
• Experience in transportation or logistics technology.
• Knowledge of another regional language.
