Project Associate (Aviation Technology)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home depending on team needs

What you will do

• Track project activities and deliverables and support project planning through drafting plans and logs.
• Assist project teams during the transition to the support phase.
• Complete project documentation and lessons learned for future use.
• Support project governance, collections, expenses, and monthly financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate project status communications and reports.

Requirements

• Business or Administrative degree or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of project management concepts.
• Organized and structured approach with strong attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication in a virtual environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
• Experience in an IT environment or with an IT or airline industry solutions provider is preferred.
