Embodiment Operations Manager (Aircraft Maintenance)

Location: Kuala Lumpur Area, Malaysia; the role requires business travel.

What you will do

• Manage complex, high-value, cross-functional major repair, support, retrofit, and aircraft modification projects.
• Define industrial feasibility, including cost, lead time, risk, capabilities, and contractual requirements, and establish integrated project plans from aircraft recovery or damage assessment through customer delivery.
• Anticipate issues, develop mitigation and recovery plans, and coordinate internal hirify.global teams and external service providers.
• Manage project profitability, Business Control Sheet parameters, costs, margins, time, quality, and hirify.global financial objectives.
• Identify and manage technical, financial, contractual, and compliance risks; present significant or politically sensitive projects to upper management.
• Prepare and manage chargeable-service contracts, negotiate with customers, coordinate communication, and document lessons learned to improve reliability and cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with an aircraft structures and/or systems engineering background.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance operations.
• Strong project management experience.
• Knowledge and experience of Part 145 and airworthiness regulations.
• Experience in customer communication, including contract sales negotiation.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
• Team spirit.
• Advanced English.
• Ability to travel for business.
• Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to acting with integrity.
