Finance Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Review customer and vendor contracts, assess commercial and financial implications, identify risks, and support contract approvals.
• Review revenue recognition, project setup, and contract terms in line with company policies.
• Drive accounts receivable collection and optimize cash flow by monitoring unbilled revenue, deferred revenue, and aging balances.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entry review and revenue result analysis.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Legal teams to resolve financial issues.
• Improve internal controls, operational efficiency, governance, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, Project Finance, or Financial Controllership within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of contract review, revenue recognition principles, and working capital optimization.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
• High attention to data accuracy and the ability to manage periodic financial deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English required for daily communication and global reporting.
