Vice President Senior Investment Analyst (Semiconductor & Information Technology)

What you will do

• Lead fundamental equity research across the Information Technology, semiconductor, and cyclical sectors, focusing on companies in Asia and other major global markets.
• Develop differentiated, high-conviction investment ideas through industry analysis, company engagement, fundamental research, and valuation discipline.
• Prepare company research, financial models, earnings forecasts, valuation analyses, investment theses, and risk assessments.
• Support multi-asset portfolio managers with market surveillance, portfolio construction, portfolio monitoring, and investment analysis.
• Prepare documentation for Investment Committee decisions and the investment process.
• Track and report market-moving news and complete ad hoc assignments from portfolio managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Typically 7–12 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment management, or a comparable analytical role.
• Expertise in the semiconductor and Information Technology sectors.
• Strong financial analysis, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, and Bloomberg Excel.

Nice to have

• Engineering or technical background combined with strong financial analysis experience.
• Mandarin language skills.
