Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Hybrid workplace model requiring work in the designated office at least four days per week and one day outside the office.

What you will do
- Perform fund-level analysis for potential transactions and assess the impact of acquisitions, dispositions, financing activities, and valuation changes.
- Review asset-level budgets, own the fund-level model, and support portfolio construction, capital allocation, and strategic asset allocation.
- Lead quarterly and annual reporting, manage portfolio databases, and coordinate external valuation processes.
- Benchmark fund performance against industry indices and peer funds, including data submissions to ANREV and MSCI.
- Manage fund budgets, cash positions, capital requirements, fund flows, facilities, and debt covenant monitoring.
- Prepare investment committee materials, investor reports, due diligence materials, RFP responses, pitchbooks, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Degree in business, finance, or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience in real estate investment, portfolio management, fund management, valuation, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Strong numerical, quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with high proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Fluent Chinese and English.
- Strong communication, coordination, time management, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Accounting knowledge or experience.
- Experience with VBA/Macro, Python, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
- CPA qualification or passed CFA Level 1 or above.
