Senior Finance Manager

Location: Hong Kong; hybrid work with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the month

What you will do

• Partner with Hong Kong leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic and operational business decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, strategic planning, monthly revenue forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Analyze customer, channel, category, and brand profitability, including pricing, promotions, rebates, and trade investment.
• Oversee monthly closing, financial reporting, HFM submissions, accruals, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
• Maintain financial controls and governance in compliance with SOX, US GAAP, and company policies.
• Coach finance team members and lead finance transformation, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Business Partnering.
• Experience with financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and working capital management.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and communication abilities.
• Fluent English and fluent Cantonese required; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP, HFM, or Power BI is highly desirable.

• Experience in FMCG, beauty, consumer goods, retail, or a multinational company.
• Mandarin language skills.
