Senior Finance Supervisor (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team through regular one-to-one meetings, performance tracking, and career-development discussions.
• Submit monthly working-capital actuals, forecasts, and trend analysis while improving inventory turnover and days payable outstanding.
• Own rolling forecasts for manufacturing overhead, lead mid-month reviews, support annual budgeting, and explain key financial results to the General Manager.
• Control the month-end close process, lead balance-sheet reviews, and ensure accurate and timely closing.
• Review tax and statutory reporting, maintain finance SOPs, support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with group accounting policies and local tax regulations.
• Monitor transfer-pricing margins and prepare data for calculations, scenario analysis, and annual transfer-pricing documentation.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a finance supervisor role.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Strong self-motivation, numerical sensitivity, and the ability to work in a changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, business-partnering, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle and HFM.
• ACCA, CPA, or another professional finance certification.
