Sales and Education Executive - Middle East (Beauty Retail)

Location: Dubai, with domestic travel across the UAE and travel across the Middle East if required

What you will do

• Drive sales performance across all points of sale in the region.
• Sell alongside store teams, demonstrate products, apply makeup, and deliver store education.
• Analyze sales results, forecasts, and promotional impact to develop tailored strategies for each location.
• Assess merchandising and maintain premium brand representation in line with brand standards.
• Build relationships with retail partner management and selling teams.
• Plan and execute store events while managing budgets and maintaining professional communication with retail partners and the corporate office.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience, including experience in a retail environment; Sephora experience is specifically requested.
• Fluent English and Arabic are required.
• Strong makeup artistry, coaching, training, motivation, sales analysis, forecasting, and merchandising skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel across the UAE is required. A valid driver’s license and own car are preferred.
