Duty Supervisor - YYZ

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations and service provider performance during assigned shifts.
• Oversee passenger and aircraft handling, arrival and departure procedures, checklists, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage operational safety and security risks through hazard identification, monitoring, reporting, and corrective decision-making.
• Coordinate VIP, PRM, MAAS, and other special-category guest requirements with relevant operational teams.
• Manage disruption recovery, delays, diversions, emergency response, and business continuity activities.
• Monitor on-time performance, ancillary sales, customer service standards, and related KPIs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail operations.
• Relevant knowledge of aviation, travel industry, and airport policies.
• Previous supervisory experience in a high-pressure, multicultural shift environment.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills with a mature, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to balance guest experience, corporate objectives, operational integrity, and the highest safety and security standards.
• Degree-level education or equivalent relevant industry experience is desirable.
