District Manager - Southern Alberta (Retail Operations)

Location: Calgary, Canada; remote working model based in Calgary

Salary: CAD$119,000–CAD$134,000 annually, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the overall performance and long-term success of a portfolio of stores in Southern Alberta.
• Coach and develop Store Directors and leadership teams while building a strong leadership pipeline.
• Drive business performance and consistent execution of company priorities across stores.
• Oversee payroll, expenses, inventory, and other controllable operating costs.
• Improve client experience and operational excellence across the district.
• Partner across the organization to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Experience leading retail stores, districts, or comparable multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership, talent development, and strategic business management capabilities.
• Ability to manage business performance, operating costs, inventory, and execution standards.
• Ability to work remotely from Calgary, Canada.
