Advisor, Community Investment

What you will do

• Administer a signature community investment fund, including application intake, due diligence, recommendations, approvals, and grant administration.
• Manage grants, sponsorships, donations, and community partnerships.
• Act as a primary contact for community organizations, Indigenous partners, applicants, and funding recipients.
• Track program performance, community outcomes, and impact metrics through dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, impact reports, and briefing materials for leadership.
• Partner with Community & Indigenous Relations, Government Relations, Communications, and Operations on community initiatives and events.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in community investment, CSR, stakeholder engagement, corporate philanthropy, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Experience administering grants, funding programs, sponsorships, donations, or community investment portfolios.
• Experience engaging community organizations, Indigenous communities, local governments, and business stakeholders.
• Strong organization, project management, analytical, financial, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience measuring and communicating social impact, ESG outcomes, or program effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with a proactive, self-starting approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in Northern British Columbia, the Pacific Northwest, Indigenous relations, or the energy sector.
