Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solutions Consultant

Location: Loughborough, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 2 days onsite

Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical expert for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Design and deliver scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft low-code technologies.
• Enhance applications, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Provide system optimisation, support, governance, and ongoing development of Customer Insights.
• Contribute to future Microsoft technology projects, integrations, and the Business Central roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and experience with Azure environments.
• Development experience with JavaScript customisations.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering Dynamics solutions from concept through deployment, including low-code and configuration-led solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead initiatives. C# and .NET experience is not required.
