Senior PAS-X Solution Consultant

What you will do

• Act as the PAS-X subject matter expert across global manufacturing programs.
• Support the design, implementation, and rollout of a global PAS-X MES template across multiple pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and technical partners.
• Support process design in ARIS and testing activities in HP ALM.
• Contribute to end-to-end testing, computer system validation, deployment, and hypercare.
• Ensure alignment with global manufacturing standards and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X, including weighing and dispensing, material flow, label management, master data, rights and roles, electronic signatures, workflows, MBR design, IPC, EBR, equipment management, and batch record review.
• Experience integrating PAS-X with SAP WM and/or SAP EWM, including PAS-X MSI and PAS-X APIs.
• Ability to create and manage orders, materials, and master data for end-to-end testing.
• Experience with PAS-X reporting, data extraction, PAS-X PDA, enterprise reporting platforms, data lakes, and Power BI.
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments with knowledge of ISA-95, GxP, and CSV.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Crystal Reports and/or Jaspersoft.
• Experience supporting global template deployments and multi-site rollouts.
• Experience in large-scale digital manufacturing transformation programs.
• Exposure to manufacturing operations across multiple international sites.
