Solution Engineer (ERP)

Location: Remote in the UK; requires 50% domestic travel.

What you will do

• Coach and mentor Solution Engineers to maintain consistent, high standards of service delivery.
• Partner with sales on new business opportunities and translate client technical requirements into solution designs.
• Lead technical discussions, customer presentations, product demonstrations, trials, and proofs of concept.
• Build relationships with manufacturing and distribution clients and establish credibility through technical expertise.
• Present product value, architectures, benefits, cost considerations, and pricing information.
• Travel domestically for approximately 50% of the role.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of presales experience in the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience.
• At least 2 years of specialized or industry experience.
• Experience supporting both direct and channel sales.
• Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries.
• Documented experience delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
