Global Junior Technical Training Specialist (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain technical training courses for medical device employees, including MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485, and MDSAP content.
• Convert raw training materials into effective e-learning modules in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Support training administration, including certificates, enrolments, training records, and CV review coordination.
• Assist with peer reviews and assessments of trainee exercises, including Technical File mirror reviews.
• Schedule webinars, workshops, CPD sessions, team calibration, and peer-review activities while tracking trainee progress.
• Maintain current knowledge of medical device regulations to keep training content compliant.

Requirements

• Valid work permit in the country of residence required.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in the medical device industry, preferably in IVD or MD.
• Experience training technical skills through online and face-to-face methodologies, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Bachelor-level education, preferably in engineering, science, or research-based subjects.
• Strong teaching, mentoring, communication, project management, teamwork, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
