Demand & Supply Planning Managers (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid, with presence in the San Francisco or San Jose office 4 days per week; work-from-home day is Tuesday.

Salary: $198K–$264K annual base salary.

What you will do

• Own demand forecasts for data center deployments, customer commitments, and capacity roadmaps.
• Translate demand into supply and build plans for systems, racks, networking equipment, and critical components.
• Align ODM/OEM capacity, component availability, lead times, procurement, and delivery schedules.
• Run infrastructure S&OP cycles and present supply-demand gaps, risks, scenarios, and recommendations to leadership.
• Define inventory targets, buffer strategies, safety stock, and working-capital visibility.
• Build planning processes, metrics, data foundations, tools, and playbooks for a new function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, supply chain, or materials planning for hardware.
• Direct experience planning systems, racks, complex assemblies, compute, storage, networking, or integrated hardware platforms.
• Experience building forecasts and translating them into supply, build, and inventory plans in supply-constrained environments.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures, lead times, component constraints, ODM/OEM or contract manufacturing, and ramp planning.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems, large datasets, statistical forecasting, inventory optimization, scenario modeling, and advanced spreadsheets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-functional partners, and communicate risks and trade-offs clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, GPU servers, accelerated computing, or network fabrics.
• Experience with new product introductions, platform transitions, rapid capacity ramps, allocation, and shortage scenarios.
• Fluency in SQL, Python, or BI tools and experience implementing planning platforms.
• APICS/ASCM certification or experience with liquid-cooled, high-power rack architectures and optical networking.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
