Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX; on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: $32–$42 per hour USD; additional equity awards and annual performance bonus may apply. The stated hourly range references Pittsburgh, PA.

hirify.global is a technology startup developing Physical AI and autonomous transportation technologies for commercial autonomous trucks and robotaxis.

What you will do

• Release purchase orders for direct and indirect commodities through the Procure-to-Pay process.
• Track materials, manage physical inventory, and maintain proper labeling, storage, and handling.
• Process goods receipts, coordinate shipments between suppliers and hirify.global facilities, and manage consigned inventory.
• Perform inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and manage supplier RMAs from start to finish.
• Build relationships with shipping carriers and support process improvements and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, Procure-to-Pay processes, and related PLM, inventory, and procurement systems.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace and knowledge of export compliance.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Ability to perform physical activities, including lifting and moving materials up to approximately 50 pounds, frequent walking, and using ladders and stairs.
