Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 per year

Develops a FHIR-based healthcare data liberation platform and data management solutions used by healthcare stakeholders across more than 20 countries.

What you will do

• Identify unmet healthcare market needs and design product capabilities to address them.
• Help define product strategy and positioning for platform components with the Director of Product Management.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, leadership, and other stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Technical Product Managers to prioritize work and translate business needs into development backlogs.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify product differentiators.
• Present product capabilities through customer conversations, webinars, industry events, demos, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Deep healthcare industry knowledge and experience delivering complex software products or platforms.
• Experience identifying market gaps and moving products from conception to market.
• Consultative experience with executive-level clients, prospects, and partners.
• Strong collaboration, critical thinking, communication, time management, and solution-oriented skills.
• Technical familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, RESTful APIs, and modern cloud-native architectures is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FHIR, HL7 v2, CDA, LOINC, SNOMED, or ICD-10.
• Familiarity with Java, Kubernetes, Postgres, Kafka, CI/CD, or software release cycles.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams in cloud-native environments.
