Senior Product Manager (Healthcare AI)

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the enterprise product experience across the web application, notifications, reporting, API, and permissions.
• Define the strategy for EMR integrations, including build-versus-buy decisions and configurable integration patterns.
• Lead enterprise implementations and improve time-to-value for large healthcare customers.
• Convert manual implementation steps, spreadsheets, and one-off scripts into scalable product capabilities.
• Work closely with engineering on integrations, data models, permissions, and technical trade-offs.
• Partner with sales, customer success, implementation teams, providers, and administrators to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of product management experience at a high-quality B2B SaaS company.
• Experience working deeply with engineering teams and discussing APIs, integrations, and data.
• Experience owning products used by real customers, ideally including enterprise accounts, integrations, or implementations.
• Clear and concise communication across engineering, go-to-market teams, and customers.
• Ability to prototype, query databases, or read code, and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

• Experience with healthcare data or EMR integrations.
