What you will do

• Manage the full software development lifecycle of a custom hosting dashboard.
• Drive sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery for a 13-member development team.
• Ensure product features align with hosting standards including billing, provisioning, and automation.
• Set strict milestones and delivery targets with minimal tolerance for delays.
• Track and resolve technical bottlenecks quickly in collaboration with development leads.
• Act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in web development (Nodejs, nest.js, nextjs).
• 4+ years experience managing technical teams and software delivery.
• Familiarity with web hosting infrastructure (VPS, dedicated servers, cPanel, Proxmox, WHMCS).
• Experience leading billing system development or SaaS platform builds.
• Clear communication, deadline-driven mentality, and strong leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with or replacing WHMCS.
• Knowledge of server automation, cloud APIs, and hosting-related integrations.
• Comfortable leading remote teams across different time zones.
