hirify.global delivers payment-processing products and services for customers integrating with the Worldpay suite.

What you will do

• Support customers and technical teams with integrations into Worldpay payment services.
• Design and configure customer accounts, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot integration incidents.
• Define project scope and manage implementation projects through completion and post-live monitoring.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, maintain project plans, and identify delivery risks.
• Plan and deliver customer demonstrations and product-functionality training.
• Monitor technical trends in payment processing, security, web, browser, and mobile technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in XML and JSON APIs.
• Experience with web and mobile SDK integrations, React Native, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases; experience with Splunk for server-log analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and Streamlit.
• Knowledge of funneling techniques and the ability to propose innovative integration solutions.
