Senior Director – Implementation & Solution Design - APAC

What you will do

• Lead discovery, solution architecture, commercial modelling, proposals, and executive presentations for complex APAC talent acquisition opportunities.
• Design integrated recruitment solutions combining people, processes, technology, governance, experience, and commercial structures.
• Provide executive oversight for large-scale implementations from sales-to-implementation handover through stabilisation and transition to operations.
• Lead current-state and future-state workshops, process design, transformation roadmaps, change plans, training, and adoption activities.
• Build resource, cost, ROI, pricing, and business-case models in partnership with Business Development, Finance, Implementation, and Client Delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop APAC solution design and implementation resources while contributing to global governance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; a master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience across RPO, talent acquisition, HR consulting, solution architecture, implementation, client delivery, transformation, or related fields.
• Significant leadership experience with complex regional or global environments, large-scale implementations, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with recruitment operations, process and operating-model design, technology-enabled transformation, pricing, financial modelling, resource modelling, and ROI analysis.
• Strong consulting, influencing, negotiation, analytical, presentation, and people-leadership capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with project-management and process-mapping tools.

Nice to have

• Formal project management qualification.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or change-management certification.
• Master's degree and additional APAC language capability.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Visio, Lucid, or equivalent tools.
