What you will do
- Lead implementations and technical projects for anti-fraud solutions across web and mobile applications.
- Integrate cloud solutions using APIs, SDKs, and third-party services.
- Onboard customers and partners, including banks and credit unions.
- Collaborate with executives, project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges.
- Create technical documentation, lead workshops, and deliver customer training.
- Manage complex projects and timelines while coordinating multiple initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience integrating cloud solutions in web or mobile environments.
- Hands-on frontend or fullstack development experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, or comparable technologies.
- Experience supporting customers, preferably financial institutions such as banks or credit unions.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience leading technical implementations and integrations from start to finish.
- Fluent English is required, and candidates must have full work rights in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Business proficiency in Thai for supporting customers in Thailand.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
