HR Project Delivery Manager (Global HR Tech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end, multi-country Employer of Record onboarding programs for enterprise clients, managing timelines, risks, resources, and critical milestones.
• Act as the primary operational contact for enterprise clients and coordinate delivery with Customer Success, Sales, and regional HR Operations teams.
• Advise customers on international employment law, immigration and visa requirements, benefits administration, localized contracts, and payroll setup.
• Identify and resolve operational blockers, compliance risks, and payroll delays across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive customer activation and platform adoption while managing escalations and supporting a high-quality onboarding experience.
• Develop implementation playbooks and scalable workflows, and share enterprise customer requirements with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise implementation, customer onboarding, technical project management, or operations delivery.
• Experience in Employer of Record, global payroll, global HR technology, employment law, HR operations, or SaaS.
• Track record of managing multi-stakeholder, multi-country projects using PMP, Agile, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong communication and consultative leadership skills, including experience working with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into clear, actionable steps and resolve ambiguous problems.
• Applicants should be based in Singapore for this remote-first role.

Nice to have

• Experience with employee transfers, TUPE, M&A transitions, or enterprise-wide migrations.
• International work experience across EMEA, LATAM, or APAC.
