Global Technology & Engineering ES Technical Lead (Asia)

What you will do

• Develop and co-lead projects involving source changes, technical transfers, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, scheduling conflicts, and communication with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers to support execution of hirify.global's technical and operational strategy.
• Implement process control strategies, including trending, review, and corrective action planning.
• Develop co-development plans covering Phase 3 readiness, process understanding, right-first-time objectives, ICH, pharmacovigilance, and BLA/MAA filing.
• Lead launch teams and operations sub-teams in developing supply plans for the commercialization of new products.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 6+ years of experience, MBA/MS with 5+ years, PhD/JD with 1+ year, or MD/DVM with relevant experience.
• Experience in project management and leading complex projects.
• Ability to develop and manage plans to achieve objectives.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across business functions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience with problem-solving, negotiations, presentations, supervision, and team management.
• Knowledge of DAMIC Six Sigma tools, continuous improvement, technology transfer, and pharmaceutical manufacturing for active pharmaceutical ingredients.
• Experience qualifying new API suppliers and influencing alignment across stakeholders.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, with an understanding of responsible AI practices.
