Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Practice Director – CE + F&O (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, leadership, growth, performance, and profitability of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O enterprise practice.
• Lead the transformation toward an AI-first business using Microsoft Copilot, agents, Azure AI, AI-enabled delivery tools, industry IP, and scalable client outcomes.
• Manage practice P&L, budgets, forecasts, revenue, margins, utilization, capacity, pipeline, workforce planning, and profitability.
• Oversee major CE and F&O implementations, delivery governance, quality, risk management, resource planning, and recovery plans for at-risk projects.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic clients and partner with sales and solution leaders on expansion, pricing, offerings, and long-term value.
• Build accountable, high-performing leadership teams and establish an operating rhythm for performance, delivery, financial, people, and risk reviews.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting, professional services, systems integration, or a similar technology services environment.
• Strong experience across both Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM and Finance & Operations/ERP applications.
• Working knowledge of enterprise AI, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, Azure AI, and the Microsoft data platform.
• Experience leading a sizable practice, business unit, or delivery organization with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven success managing operating-model change toward industry IP, managed services, recurring revenue, or outcome-based offerings.
• Experience leading complex enterprise implementations, executive client relationships, commercial decisions, and high-performing teams through ambiguity and organizational change.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global or matrixed consulting organization and strong relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience developing industry-specific Dynamics solutions, accelerators, repeatable offerings, or recurring-revenue products.
• Hands-on experience launching AI-enabled Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI, and related data capabilities.
