Sr. Manager - Procurement Services (Procurement)

Location: US - Remote; travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events may be required, up to 15%.

Estimated annual pay range: $140,000–$180,000, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead procurement solution delivery for complex, high-visibility customer engagements.
• Support vendor negotiations focused on spend reduction and improved contractual terms.
• Analyze procurement data to identify savings opportunities and establish governance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams, manage delivery risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Support procurement delivery team leaderhirify.globalp, process improvement, training, and solution development.
• Build relationhirify.globalps with executive customers, internal stakeholders, partners, sales architects, and delivery resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in consulting and managing relationhirify.globalps with large, complex enterprises.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale or high-visibility customer engagements.
• Expert-level strategic planning, implementation, and project leaderhirify.globalp skills.
• Intermediate stakeholder relationhirify.globalp management and risk management skills.
