Procurement Senior Manager, IT Services

Location: Hybrid role based at an SCE facility in Rosemead, California; employees are generally required to work and reside in California. Remote work is available on the remaining days after the required onsite schedule.

Salary: $161,700–$242,600 per year

What you will do

• Lead high-impact sourcing initiatives and develop enterprise-level procurement and category strategies.
• Drive large-scale process improvements across energy, supply chain, materials, and logistics operations.
• Manage supplier and business-unit relationships, logistics solutions, negotiations, and purchase agreements.
• Ensure procurement policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyze company data, market trends, financial cost models, and commodity pricing to deliver savings and efficiency.
• Develop performance metrics, remediation plans, and long-term procurement strategies.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience supervising direct reports and/or managing projects.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory performance management, materials procurement, or related operations.
• Valid Class C Driver’s License required.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship management, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience managing software, hardware, and IT-related services, including RFPs and contracts.
• Experience with Ariba, SAP, S2P processes, business transformation, or procurement spend of at least $500 million.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Experience with supplier governance and financial cost-model analysis.
