Senior People Operations Partner (LATAM)

Location: Remote, Mexico. The role supports operations across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Provide advanced operational HR leadership across multiple Latin American countries and complex jurisdictions.
• Lead operational delivery for organizational changes, restructures, transfers, integrations, and workforce transitions.
• Support country expansions, new market entry, and operational readiness activities.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, restructures, and sensitive exits.
• Partner with Legal, HRBPs, Payroll, business leaders, and Global People Services on high-risk and legally sensitive matters.
• Drive HR governance, process consistency, transformation initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Advanced multi-country or regional HR operational experience.
• Significant HR generalist and operational HR experience across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong experience managing complex employee relations and legislative matters.
• Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or country expansion activities.
• Strong operational judgement, risk assessment, stakeholder management, influencing, and project coordination skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English and legal authorization to work in Mexico without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR qualification such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Works Councils, CSEs, employee representative bodies, or consultation processes.
