HR Project Delivery Manager (Global HR Tech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end, multi-country EOR onboarding programs for enterprise clients, including timelines, risk registers, and critical path milestones.
• Act as the primary operational contact for enterprise customers and coordinate delivery with Customer Success, Sales, and regional HR Operations teams.
• Advise customers on international employment law, immigration requirements, benefits administration, employment contracts, and local operational requirements.
• Identify and resolve regulatory risks, operational blockers, and payroll setup delays across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive customer activation, platform adoption, and resolution of complex operational escalations.
• Develop implementation playbooks and scalable workflows while sharing enterprise customer requirements with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise implementation, customer onboarding, technical project management, or operations delivery, ideally in EOR, payroll, global HR technology, or SaaS.
• Direct knowledge of Employer of Record operations, global payroll, employment law basics, or HR operations.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-country projects using PMP, Agile, or equivalent formal frameworks.
• Strong communication and consultative leadership skills, with confidence working with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and operational issues into clear, actionable steps and resolve problems in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume employee transfers, TUPE, M&A transitions, or enterprise-wide migrations.
• International experience across EMEA, LATAM, or APAC.
