Legal Engineer (In-House)

What you will do

• Advise in-house legal teams by identifying workflow pain points and opportunities for process innovation.
• Collaborate with General Counsel, legal operations, and in-house lawyers to design and implement tailored solutions on the Legora platform.
• Provide insights from corporate legal experience to shape product development, technical enhancements, and roadmap priorities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training covering drafting, playbook-based review, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Support change management by demonstrating how AI and advanced technology improve efficiency, accuracy, cost control, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong in-house background in a corporate legal function.
• Experience trained or practicing at a top law firm is preferred.
• Passion for using technology to transform legal services.
• Ability to work on-site in Sydney, Australia.
