Graduate Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia

What you will do

• Complete four three-month rotations across engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Learn the software development lifecycle and complete meaningful tasks that contribute to product quality.
• Design, develop, and support product features, including opportunities involving AI and machine learning.
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to accelerate learning, debugging, and documentation.
• Work in an agile environment and contribute to a culture of learning and teaching.
• Complete a final Graduate Project rotation and build the foundations for progression into a junior engineering role.

Requirements

• Recent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Eligibility to work full time in Australia for the duration of the program.
