Senior CX/UX Designer (AI)

Location: USA - Coppell, Texas. Hybrid schedule requires coming together at the closest US office eight days per month, within 50 miles. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Salary: $85,600–$149,400 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Own the design of complex workflows within a product area for tax and accounting professionals.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to clarify user problems, define outcomes, and shape solutions.
• Develop user flows, interaction designs, concepts, and interactive prototypes using appropriate UX and AI tools.
• Plan and conduct usability tests, apply existing research, and refine solutions based on observed user behavior.
• Apply accessible design patterns, contribute to the design system, and support quality through implementation.
• Measure outcomes using task completion, time spent, errors, customer feedback, and product data; share rationale and mentor junior UX colleagues.

Requirements

• Strong information architecture, interaction design, and visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating design decisions and user impact.
• Practical experience with UX tools, AI tools, interactive prototypes, and code-based prototypes where useful.
• Ability to plan and conduct usability testing and translate findings into design improvements.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints and explain design trade-offs.
• Experience with shared design patterns, accessible experiences, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, UX, and Engineering.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
