Digital Platforms Senior Manager, NA

Location: Denver, Colorado; 3 days on site and 2 days flexible at the Denver office. Travel up to 10–15%, including domestic and occasional international trips.

Salary: $165,000–$190,000 base plus bonus, with company benefits.

What you will do

• Manage an integrated portfolio backlog covering strategic initiatives, enhancement requests, and operational improvements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, workflows, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from intake through implementation, maintaining plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, prioritization sessions, and executive reviews.
• Build and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures, decision logs, and a central source of truth for project and process documentation.
• Improve governance, reporting, workflow automation, portfolio management, and project delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, project management, business analysis, process improvement, strategy, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, rapidly changing, matrixed organizations.
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, supporting technology implementations, and driving organizational transformation or process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, prioritization, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with project management, collaboration, process mapping, reporting, and workflow automation tools such as Microsoft Project, ClickUp, Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate.
