Product Strategy & Operations Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $155,000–$205,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the operational framework and governance for Google Cloud Security products and Wiz Defend-related initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, vendor procurement, and event spending through Google finance systems.
• Align Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People Operations to streamline global workflows.
• Act as an executive proxy in strategic forums, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and manage high-level escalations.
• Develop executive communications, strategic narratives, briefing materials, and leadership presentations.
• Drive AI implementation, adoption targets, training, results reporting, major summits, executive visits, delegations, and ecosystem events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, chief of staff, or program management within a high-growth technology or cloud organization.
• Experience with executive communications, OKRs, complex stakeholder alignment, operational budgets, vendor procurement, and resource planning.
• Experience working across technical and business functions and influencing leaders without formal authority.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to C-level executives.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with post-merger integration, joint business initiatives, or AI/ML adoption.
