Program Manager – AV/EV Segment

Location: Remote within the United States; travel: 25%

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year, depending on location and experience; paid weekly.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and tactical programs across the AV/EV segment from planning through execution.
• Support customer launches, market expansions, fleet ramps, transitions, and new vehicle platform introductions through stabilization.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action trackers.
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams including Recruiting, Training, Finance, HR, Safety, IT, and Procurement.
• Prepare customer- and executive-facing presentations, business reviews, performance reports, launch plans, and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze operational KPIs, identify root causes and risks, manage customer initiatives, and establish scalable operating processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of program, project, or operations management experience in a complex operational environment.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience with business intelligence or visualization tools such as DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to build processes, drive continuous improvement, and operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced, rapidly scaling organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, electric vehicles, fleet maintenance, automotive, transportation, or emerging mobility technologies.
• Experience with business launches, market expansions, or large-scale operational transitions.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement experience.
• Experience leading customer business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic initiatives.
