Programme Manager - Supply Chain Optimization (All Genders) (E-commerce)

Location: Munich, Germany. Hybrid work with 60% of the time in the office and 40% from home; up to 20 days of work abroad in approved countries.

Salary: €69,500–€84,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead supply chain collaboration initiatives with vendors and manufacturers to improve efficiency, product availability, and logistics costs.
• Streamline vendor processes using the z+ ordering system and inbound operations.
• Sponsor and coordinate the rollout of EDI.
• Shape the Forecasting, Planning & Replenishment strategy, including targets, roadmaps, project selection, and prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional projects improving forecasting accuracy, product availability, inventory efficiency, automation, and scalability.
• Coordinate execution across forecasting, inventory optimization, procurement, vendor management, logistics, pricing, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL and operations research experience are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work strategically and tactically while building scalable systems and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English, including the ability to present complex ideas.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 or more years in project-oriented or analytically focused roles, ideally in procurement, logistics, operations, inventory, or in-stock management.
