Regional Director, West (Cybersecurity)

Location: California, United States; travel throughout the U.S. West territory required

Salary: $255,000–$280,000 OTE per year, including base salary and incentive compensation; potential equity grants are additional.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop the West Region post-sales team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers.
• Drive customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales process for direct and channel customers.
• Develop and execute cybersecurity sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers at enterprise customer organizations.
• Monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and present reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity sales experience.
• Proven success selling to enterprise-sized accounts.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with C-level executives and frontline technical staff.
• Ability to travel throughout the U.S. West territory.
